Telephone & Broadband

To arrange for a telephone landline, call either BT or NTL (must be in a cable-ready area). If your phone line needs to be reconnected, you'll have to pay for it. You will also need to provide your own handset. If the phone is shared among a number of tenants itemised billing is essential.

  • NTL - Phone 0500 500 500

If you want to sign-up for broadband you will be required to request permission in writing before you go ahead.
