Redecorating
Before undertaking any redecorating, you must get the approval of either Cityred or the Landlord. Please give as much detail as possible, in writing. If approval is granted, the decoration must be done to a high standard.
Hint: don't have a 'beer and decorating' party! This is a guaranteed prescription for a décor disaster, for which you will be financially liable.
