Moving Out & Return of Deposit
To ensure the prompt return of your Deposit, make sure you supply us with the following details:

Rent paid in full.

All keys returned and properly identified.

Copies of final gas, electricity and water bills showing final payment made.

Meter readings recorded on the Deposit Return form.

Proof that council tax has been paid or a copy of the exemption certificate for the property.

Name and address of the person taking responsibility for the Deposit return.
And finally, make certain that:

All personal property has been removed.

Any rental equipment (TVs. etc) has been returned to the rental owners.
The property has been thoroughly cleaned in accordance with our cleaning guidelines (any cleaning costs incurred by us will be deducted from your Bond).
We will be sending you a letter advising you of the exact steps that need to be taken at the end of your tenancy. This letter can also be downloaded here.
