Collecting Your Keys
All keys are to be collected in person from our offices. You will need to provide a written and signed note if you would like a third party to collect keys on your behalf.
Lost keys
Only contact us during office hours, if out of office hours please make alternative sleeping arrangements and then contact us when we are open.
Locked Yourself Out!
If a copy of the keys are available at our office we will send someone to let you in. You will be charged £25.00 between 9:00am - 5:00pm and £50.00 between 5:00pm - 9:00am, for this call out.
Returning your keys
You will receive a letter approximately one month before the end of your tenancy advising you of the procedure to return your keys.
