OK, let's quickly run through the basics that apply to anyone renting a property in Leeds through Cityred.
- Find a property you like. Use the search facilities on the site to check out suitable properties in your most desired areas.
- Arrange an accompanied viewing online. Just complete the short form linked to each property and we'll get back to you pronto. Or, if you like, just give us a call.
- Once you've found a place you want, pay the reservation fee (£35.00 per tenant) and sign the 'Sign-up Agreement'. This will reserve the property until your rental application is approved.
- Then we will give you 7 days to provide us with the required paperwork. These documents can be downloaded from the site or picked up at our office. Please click on the links below to see which documents apply to you.
- A decision is then made within 3 working days and the tenancy agreement can be signed.
