Leeds and its neighbouring towns and cities are currently undertaking large scale regeneration schemes, underpinned by millions of pounds in government funding. Further massive regeneration plans include numerous public/private sector proposals for such up and coming metropolitan areas as Armley, Holbeck and Wortley, and other surrounding districts with great development potential.
